Hello, I'm Donna, a specialist food and lifestyle photographer born and bred in Cape Town.

With over 20 years of experience, I still bring the same passion to every new assignment that I had when I first picked up a camera. Whether I'm on a commercial set or a quiet food shoot, my mission is to deliver a relaxed, professional experience and results that elevate my clients' brands.

After completing my studies at Pentech (now known as CPUT), I worked on an international cruise line as a photographer, developing my craft while traveling the globe. Returning in 2005, I joined the world of magazines at Media24—a dream role that allowed me to refine my eye for detail and fall in love with the art of visual storytelling.

In 2015, I traded the corporate world to go freelance. I'm known for my ability to find beauty in the simplest subjects, using light and angles to make every image come to life while delivering briefs that meet my clients' expectations.

I'm still based in the Mother City and happy to travel for work. When I'm not behind the lens, you'll find me recharging with my husband and running after our three dogs.
